Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementations, manage client escalations, and enhance implementation processes
Develop and mentor a team of implementation managers and specialists
Collaborate with various teams to execute successful implementation and launch strategies

Required Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles managing software implementation projects
At least 7 years of experience as a technical expert in AR/AP, ERP applications, or similar fields
Advanced degree preferred, PMP certification a plus
Proven track record of leveraging technology and AI workflows
Experience in managing resources, forecasting, and proposal writing
