Provides comprehensive, outpatient services for OB/GYN patients on a continuing basis in the ambulatory setting. Duties include diagnosing and monitoring illnesses and diseases, providing medical support to pregnant women and performing routine check-ups on patients of Community Health Alliance.Our team members enjoy benefits that include:Competitive salary: $217,092 - $347,348100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 1st of month from date of hire.Student Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corp. This may include;Diagnosing and treating conditions that affect women, such as certain types of cancer and conditions like menopausePerforms variety of procedures in the clinicPromotes health by educating the patient regarding child birth process, reproductive health, postpartum care and prevention of diseaseRefers patients to consultant services as neededInforms patient and patient family of risks associated with procedures and assures signatures are obtained in accordance with CHA policy and proceduresProvides emotional support, compassion and is sympathetic to patient needsAssist in triage for walk-ins, calls-ins and urgent patientsParticipates in the development of medical protocolsReviews medical protocols and provides input based on research and experienceEnsures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA & other regulatory agenciesMonitors competency of support staffs clinical skills and knowledgeEnsures medical equipment and emergency medical equipment is in good working conditionEnsures adequate supplies and sterile equipment is available to meet the needs of the clinic and the population it servesParticipates in quality assurance/improvement reviews of medical recordsParticipate in quality management projects; as requestedWorking with expecting mothers to explain the childbirth processPerform other duties as assignedby Jobble
