Description:We are looking for an experienced Line Cook.Silverado Ranch House is looking for high energy, fast paced Kitchen Staff to join our operations! The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.We have part time and full time opportunities for Line Cooks!We offer competitive starting pay based on experience and availability, performance-based advancement, and free meals while working!Requirements:Qualifications:Education/Experience:Minimum 1-year experience working as Line Cook preferredServe Safe Certification preferredLanguage Ability:Must be able to communicate effectively in English language both written and oralMath Ability:Basic mathematical skills in order to calculate portion sizes, measurements, and recipesKnowledge/SkillsAbility to work in a team environment or independentlyAbility to work in high pressure, fast paced environmentMust be able to multitaskAbility to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all timesComputer Skills: Basic computer skillsReasoning Ability: Ability to apply superior sanitation standards Must have knowledge of food storage requirements, both hot and cold Able to perform in a fast-paced, loud, crowded environment.Physical Requirements:Must be able to stand with full range of mobility for extended periods of timeReaching, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 poundsMust be able to operate within confined spaces and perform acts of repetitive motionCertificates and Licenses: Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary.by Jobble
