individuals to join our team.Solar Sales Consultant:Are you a
dedicated self-starter with a passion for sales seeking an
opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We seek a door-to-door
Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role
in generating new customers within the Reno residential
market.Responsibilities:Educate potential customers on the benefits
of solar energy through door-knocking in residential
neighborhoods.Attend semiweekly meetings to connect with the
team.Demonstrate excellent customer service through each
interaction.Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that
you are meeting/exceeding sales goals.Attend training meetings and
shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar
knowledge.Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high
level of professionalism.Other duties as assigned by your team
leaders.Requirements:Must be available for evenings and Saturdays,
if necessary.Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule
(Tuesday-Saturday, preferred)Applicants must be 18 years or
older.Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS
preferred).To thrive in this role, you'll need:Positive attitude
and strong work ethic.Coachable and self-motivated.Capable of
working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales
goals.Exceptional critical thinking skills.Excellent communication
skills.Able to perform with minimal supervision.Resourceful; able
to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize.Preferred
Qualifications:1+ years of experience in any of the following
industries: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control
sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those
with lead generation and/or sales management experience.Sales
background or solar experience.What We Offer:Competitive pay with
uncapped earning potential. Average yearly earning between
$100,000-$250,000+, depending on experience. This is a
