Overview

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the design and deployment of
Enterprise IT systems and solutions:
Lead the delivery of IT projects within the organization.
Help develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and
contingency plans.
Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements
to enhance performance.
Define and document best practices and support procedures.
Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.
Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex
issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in
physical and virtual deployments.
Carry out special tasks at Management's direction
Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level,
as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related area); an
advanced degree is preferred.
10 years of work experience; 5 years of related experience is
required.
Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in
relevant programs desired.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008 - 2019)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Application Servers and
technologies
Microsoft modern management experience.
A solid understanding of core networking, operating systems and
troubleshooting concepts.
Group Policy design and configuration.
Microsoft 365/Office 365/ Azure/ Intune expertise with all services
required.
Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or
Python for automation tasks.
Experience in deployments and rollouts of new technologies is a
plus.
An understanding of core networking, operating systems and
troubleshooting concepts.
Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or
Hyper-V.
Knowledge and some experience in AI areas like machine learning, AI
engineering, Data engineering/scientist is in plus.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of
varying length.
Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks
independently.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a
team-based environment.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products
using documentation and internet resources.
