Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist for one of our customers located in Roseville, California. This position is hybrid and will be in-office 2 days a week. The role will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for construction projects while adhering to all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: Prepare and process certified payroll reports in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Verify and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain payroll records and employee information in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with project managers and HR to gather necessary payroll information. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) would be a plus Construction Industry experience would be a nice to have LCP Tracker experience would be nice to have Experience processing an in-house payroll preferred and not just using a third party such as ADP Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook & Excel - Intermediate) In-depth knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and reporting requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience: 5 years Payroll experience Employment Type: Temp to Hire If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
