Job Description Job Description Salary: Hunt Electric, Inc. of
Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Licensed General
Electrical Foreman to join our team. This is for a 2 year Data
Center project, out of Sparks, Nevada. There is a full benefits
package, 7 day per week Per Diem and over time. Major Duties: Have
previously successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from
2 to 50 personnel, meeting safety, quality and production goals.
Diplomatically manage the crews and provide appropriate training,
positive and constructive feedback. Plan and layout the project
including planned installation materialtake-offquantities and
toolneeds basedon the project schedule. Establish a site-specific
safety plan, evaluate project risks to personnel and equipment to
mitigate them. Understand, review and implement the installation
per the contract drawings and specifications. Evaluate the
contracted scope of work with the PM to determine change requests
and scheduleaffect. Plan the projects material, equipment, and
labor needs fortimelyarrival to and from the site. Monitor daily
progresstotheshort termand long-term schedules to meet commitments.
Provide daily written documentation of activities and obstacles.
Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed and provide
necessary trade coordination. Coordinate and communicate with the
PM and purchasing manager with detailed material requisitions, and
delivery schedules. Establish and implement prefabproject
specifictasks. Have a valid Driver's License. Other duties or
locations as assigned by Manager Qualifications: General Electrical
Foreman: Five plus years of installation experience with the latest
electrical code, means, and methods. Be able to apply the latest
technological techniques to maximize employee safety, quality, and
production. Superior internal and external communication and
interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.). Team
player with acknowledging contributions by others. Have basic
computer skills such as Outlook, Bluebeam, WordandExcel. Preferred
Qualifications: Have safety training relative to electrical and
general construction such as OSHA 30 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR,
scissor lift, forklift, Lock Out/Tag Out and trade specific. The
