capabilities. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC equipment and controls
Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems to
ensure efficiency and sustainability Provide technical guidance and
training to other technicians Collaborate with engineering teams to
improve system designs based on field experiences Assist in the
commissioning of HVAC systems Document all maintenance and repair
work for compliance and analysis In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
and controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability
to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Proficiency with
hand and power tools common in HVAC repair Excellent communication
and customer service skills Capability to work independently and
manage projects under minimal supervision Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification
Certification from organizations like NATE (North American
Technician Excellence) in HVAC Niagara 4 Certification (desired)
Advanced knowledge of wireless and wired HVAC controller
systems
