Job Description You will be the Aircraft Mechanic, for the F-35
Quick?Response Team which is responsible for rapid, worldwide
maintenance support that maximizes aircraft availability. This
position is located in Fallon, NV. What You Will Be Doing: As the
Aircraft Mechanic you will be responsible for delivering expert
nose?to?tail maintenance on F?35 airframes and enabling swift,
high?impact repairs during pop?up tasking. Your responsibilities
will include: - Execute comprehensive maintenance, repair, launch,
and recovery tasks on F?35 aircraft in both field and base
environments. - Travel on short notice (50% of time) to support
customers worldwide and restore aircraft to airworthy status. -
Maintain and update aircraft status in the Autonomic Logistics
Information System (ALIS) and keep the production crew informed. -
Provide on?the?job training to team members and partner maintenance
personnel, ensuring consistent skill levels. - Obtain and retain a
flight?line driver’s competency card and adhere to all safety and

CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim
Clearance to start with the ability to obtain a Final Secret
Clearance. Physical Requirements: This may include certain military
required health screenings and immunizations. Regularly required to
lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work
overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands
and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk,
stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist. Basic Qualifications - Must
have 2-years of hands-on F-35 maintenance experience to include
working experience and knowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information
System (ALIS) to include, Anomaly Fault Resolution System, Customer
Relationship Management, Joint Technical Data Navigation, Portable
Maintenance Aid (PMA)/Maintenance Vehicle Interface (MVI)
activities, Configuration Management and forms documentation and
supply chain management activities. - Requires minimum of 4 years
hands-on working experience in 5 or 7-skill level USAF AFSC,
CDI/CDQAR Navy NEC, or CDI/CDQAR United States Marine Corps, or
equivalent on Fighter Attack Aircraft. - Knowledge of Safety, Tool
Control, Foreign Object damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material
(HAZMAT), Quality, and Security programs. Desired skills - An FAA
aircraft and Power Plant Mechanic license is desirable. -
Proficiency with LM’s F-35 Nose-to-Tail maintenance concept. - Low
Observable/Structures Maintenance Experience. - Avionics Systems
Maintenance Experience. - Weapons/Egress Systems Maintenance

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. National Pay Statement The base range for this
position in California is $17.69 - 32.96. Please note that the
salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin
