Lucky's Lounge & Restaurant is looking to immediately fill the position of General Manager for the newest fun and fast-paced sports bar. Located near the Legends Outlet Mall.Position is full-time and looking fill immediately.Restaurant management experience its required for consideration.Gaming experience is preferred but not necessary as we have slot machines in the bar area.Experience as a bartender.Have a general understanding of restaurant operations, gaming experience,Basic knowledge of business financials and an ability to recruit. train and inspire staff.Summary/Objective: -Responsible for every aspect of the business over one-company owned restaurant: P&L accountability; customer relations, restaurant management; local store marketing; community service & public relations; inventory management (product & food cost); product testing and deployments, and developing and retaining Assistant General Managers and crew members.Essential FunctionsOur General Managers have a hands-on leadership style and consistently completes tasks such as:

• Establishes weekly sales and labor targets; manages profitability; analyzes variances and initiates corrective action to ensure company objectives are achieved.
• Controls labor and food costs through daily management and supervision.
• Consistently checks stock levels and orders supplies.
• Ensures maintenance of facilities and equipment on a regular basis.
• Role models Guest Service Excellence behaviors at all times.
• Resolves all guest complaints to customer satisfaction.
• Promotes a culture of growth through the identification and development of high potential team members along the career path.
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

  • Free meals while you're on the clockPosition Type / Expected Hours Of WorkThis is a full-time position; typical hours are between 8:00am to 10:00pm, with about 50 - 52 hours of work per week expected.Required Education And Experience
    • High school or GED required.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Must possess a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
    • 2 years' experience managing restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
    • Gaming experience is preferred but not necessary as we have slot machines in the bar area.
