Dura-Line Quality Manager in Sparks, NV
We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Quality
Manager in our Sparks, NV manufacturing facility who will be
responsible for leading Quality Assurance processes, implementing
lean manufacturing initiatives, and can foster a culture and
mindset of high compliance to quality standards.

- As a true leader, you will be able to oversee the quality techs
on all shifts, promote use of appropriate problem solving and
statistical technique for effective root cause analysis and use
data to drive successful corrective action to help reduce scrap
production and customer complaints.

quality assurance processes to resolve quality issues of
capability, tolerance, and material related issues not only by
identifying the problem, but also examining solution options,
benchmarking with other sites, and implementing action plans.

core tools like Advanced product quality planning (APQP) & Control
Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis/PFMEA's, Process Flows,
statistical analysis process control (SPC), measurement systems
analysis (MSA), and more.A strategic and result-focusmindset is
needed to synthesize data and summarize outcomes to provide
recommendations on a compliant path forward. You will lead the
development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) including
the maintenance and control of the plan. You will also have a
co-responsibility for improvements in Overall Equipment
Effectiveness (OEE) through interaction with other technical
team-members and support external and internal audit schedules as
well as conduct internal process layer audits.
