About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit on a full-time day shift schedule. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective care to our patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, utilizing active listening and clear, concise language.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.Requirements
  • Current NV nursing license
  • Current BLS certificate
  • ACLS certificate
