As an Occupational Therapist within our organization, you will
assess and treat individuals facing physical, emotional, cognitive,
and psychosocial challenges, with the aim of enhancing their
independence and overall quality of life. You will create and
execute tailored care plans, provide education to patients and
their families, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary
team. This position primarily takes place in an outpatient therapy
environment, catering to a diverse range of patients and offering

heights! Preferred candidates should possess 1-3 years of
outpatient therapy experience; however, we welcome new graduates
with relevant fieldwork experience. This role requires a commitment
of 40 hours per week, operating Monday through Friday at our
Janesville Clinic. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available for
qualified external applicants (with a two-year commitment to our
organization). After six months of employment, you will be eligible
to join our Clinical Ladder Program. Participation in our Career

Continuing Education Benefit. Position Summary: Your role will
involve evaluating and treating patients with various physical,
emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges. Key
Responsibilities and Qualifications: PRIMARY DUTIES Evaluate
patients' abilities to perform daily living skills independently
and develop suitable care plans, including treatment types and
frequencies. Execute treatment plans using appropriate modalities,
document patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary while
seeking consultations when needed. Provide education to patients
and their families regarding identified deficits, assist with
therapy discharge planning, and offer guidance on adaptive
equipment and support programs. Supervise care provided by
designated individuals in accordance with established regulations
and standards of practice. Maintain a state of alertness and safety
while performing duties. Carry out additional responsibilities as
assigned. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's, Master's, or
Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is
required for licensure in the state of practice. EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS No prior experience is necessary. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Constantly standing. Frequent lifting, carrying, and
pushing/pulling objects weighing between 0-25 lbs. Regular use of
hearing and speech for effective communication. Frequent auditory
skills to detect body sounds and alarms. Regular visual acuity for
both near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) distances.
Frequent walking, reaching, gripping, and data entry tasks.
Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, sitting,
squatting, twisting, and repetitive movements of the legs and arms.
Occasional lifting and moving of objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
Occasional patient handling. Occasional visual tasks for distance
judgment and color differentiation. Occasional driving. Rare
crawling. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Resuscitation
Certification: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP)
must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Additional
resuscitation certifications may be required based on departmental
