Float Pool - Full-Time - Night Shifts This full-time position for a
Registered Nurse in the Regional Float Pool involves providing
nursing care across various facilities in the St. Louis area. The
role focuses on adult and elderly patients in specialized units
such as Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department, among others.
Candidates should possess one to two years of recent bedside
nursing experience, depending on the specialty, along with the
necessary nursing license and certifications including BLS, ACLS,

Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate tailored nursing care for adult and
geriatric patients, adhering to established nursing standards. The
selected candidate will be required to report to facilities within
the designated regional area of their home hospital. Specific
facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the

Full-Time Shift: Nights Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No
Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience Plus: Regional
Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60

Stoddard Hospital - Dexter, MO Qualifications: Required Education:
Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred
Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the state of employment and meet all state board of
nursing requirements. Required Experience: One year of recent
bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles. For other specialties
(ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN
experience is required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
software Certifications (Must Have to Start): For Med/Surg and
Behavioral Health - BLS For Women's Health - BLS & NRP For Critical
Care - BLS, ACLS For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for most of
the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients
with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds. Why
