Role Summary: We are seeking skilled and empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively influence the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being within the comfort of their homes. Requirements and Skills: Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility. Compassionate and patient demeanor with exceptional communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team. Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if needed for client transportation). Responsibilities: Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plans Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (including catheter care) Assist with mobility and transfers to promote physical well-being Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences Understanding of various diet textures and thickened liquid consistencies Provide light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Monitor for fall safety hazards to prevent falls Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required. Deliver personalized care tailored to clients' individual care plans.
