The Practice - 30bed pediatric inpatient unit with an average daily census of 16-18 - Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery - 16bed PICU staffed by a dedicated, Pediatrixaffiliated pediatric intensivist group - Clinical responsibilities include: - Pediatric inpatient ward coverage - Newborn nursery examinations - Emergency Department consultations - Pediatric resident and medical student education - Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine - Renown Regional Medical Center is the only Level II Trauma Center serving northern Nevada and northeastern California This position offers the opportunity to practice highquality pediatric hospital medicine within a collaborative, wellsupported environment that reflects Pediatrix's commitment to clinical excellence and patientcentered care.
