Please stop on by to fill out an application today.Line Cook: The Line Cook is a dynamic, energetic presence in the kitchen who assures an excellent guest experience by accurately and efficiently cooking meats, eggs, breakfast and lunch items, vegetables, soups, sauces, gravies and other hot and cold food products. They prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. The Line Cook cooks and prepares other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List. Performs other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu item plates.
