ABOUT THE TEAM
The North America Chief Customer Office helps customers deploy and adopt SAP solutions, enable innovation, identify project risk, and reduce the total cost of ownership. The Chief Customer Office's mission is to help customers achieve their desired business objectives. We support all lines of business and market units.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Chief Customer Office Leading Practices Project
Location: Virtual- Newtown Square
Expected start date: August 2022
Duration: 6 months - 1 year
IN THIS ROLE,
Develop and edit customer-facing content to create a collection of ready-to-use assets for 50 team members
Assets will be used for customer and internal touchpoints across the full project lifecycle, not limited to: workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, and demand generation
Work with subject matter experts in the Chief Customer Office to refine and package content in a way that supports SAP strategic initiatives
Have ownership of project deliverables and then observe those deliverables being used in customer touchpoints
Gain a broader understanding of how implementation projects are run and how to engage with customer executives and partner organizations
Exposure to SAP leadership in North America and potentially other regions
Combination of the team and individual work
WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
PowerPoint design skills
Communication and writing skills
Graphic design, communications, or public relations knowledge a plus
Attention to detail and consistency
Organized and able to manage deliverables
