Our client, a full service, international law firm with numerous Chambers rankings seeks a Business Litigation Associate for their Reno office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in the nation. Qualifications : The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses, and court experience. Must be admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred. Compensation : $215,000 – $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role.
