Job Description:
Description: Agru America, Inc., is a global corporation which

appointments with Ally Health. Responsibilities: · Supervise and
coordinate daily operations on the production floor · Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and company policies · Monitor
production processes and address any issues that arise · Train,
mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance ·
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and
efficiency · Maintain accurate records of production metrics and
report on performance · Implement continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance productivity · Maintain production machines
and work with maintenance on upkeep of equipment · Any other duties
that the Company in its sole discretion may assign as needed
Required Skills/Abilities: · Strong mechanical aptitude and
problem-solving skills · Ability to read and interpret technical
documents and blueprints, preferred · Excellent attention to detail
and organizational skills · Strong communication and teamwork
abilities · Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
if necessary · Ability to troubleshoot and multitask · Basic
mathematic skills · Team player who is reliable and trustworthy ·
Maintains a clean and safe work area · Verbal and written
communication skills in English · Time management skills with a
proven ability to meet deadlines Education and Experience: · High
school diploma or equivalent; required · Technical degree or
certification, preferred · Experience as a production shift/team
lead, required · Experience with 5s, preferred · Previous
experience in a manufacturing or production environment 2 years,
required · Experience as a machine mechanic, required · Some
electrical, preferred · Overhead crane, required · Quality control
experience, preferred · Forklift experience, required Physical
Requirements: · Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up
to 50 pounds · This position requires, but is not limited to,
standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, driving automatic
forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending,
grabbing and grasping · Must be able to work in a non-controlled
