We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experience. What to look forward to:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You'll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating employment factors to determine a candidate's technical competence, applicable background and skills, ability to fit in and function effectively in our organization, and to provide a candidate experience that outweighs our competition. You'll have the opportunity to build and expand your network of applicant resources by utilizing our existing customer and client resources.As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with social media recruitment tools
  • Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates
  • Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagementsPreferred:
    • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
    • Experience with technical recruiting
    • Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity
