Director, Product Management - Blockchain ID & Custody Solutions
This position will drive the product functional and UX requirements
for market fit and validation for our portfolio of decentralized
blockchain products. Your goal is to maximize the impact of the
overall BICT product portfolio and orient the product team with a
portfolio strategy. The role requires a technical background and
will include responsibility for first seeing product requirements
clearly defined for successful product development in an agile
scrum environment. Later, responsibilities will grow to include
supporting go-to-market strategy and launch followed by sustainably
growing commercial revenue for both customer-managed and
pay-as-you-go service delivery models. Excellent storytelling,
communication, and team-building skills are required to collaborate
effectively with organizational leaders in other functions. You
will manage product managers towards a common vision and mentor
them to do their best work — market and user research, requirements
definition, and roadmap creation. You will work closely with
marketing, design, and engineering colleagues as well as other
functions in sales and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions
include, but are not limited to, the following:
Build, invest, and curate products in the BITC product
Develop, lead, and manage a remote team of product managers.
Sustainably grow commercial revenue.
Perform and mentor product managers to conduct analysis,
including evaluations and decisions for whether to expand into new
markets and products.
Craft the product story by understanding the landscape, user
needs, and BITC principles.
Engage with key customers and community members to drive
Review and approve the roadmaps submitted by product
Mentor product managers and give feedback on their work — user
research, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), field engagement,

to deliver on the roadmap.
