Via is hiring for Assemblers to join our team in Sparks, NV.The Assembler builds assemblies to a specified bill of materials. Assemblers need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Assembly employees will be classified and evaluated according to the Tier system based on skills.All Positions are Day Shifts from 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday.Rate of Pay Starts at $16.50/hourWe are builders, kitters, sewers, developers, and engineers - inspired by the chair.           • Experience working at VIA Seating combined with a willingness to learn a new skills set will be considered as commensurate with any of the above qualifications for any internal transfers.Physical Demands:
            • Vision, hearing and speaking to meet performance standard
            • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
            • Required to stand for long periods of time and to walk frequently.
            • The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
            • The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
            • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Work Environment:
