Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for extracting crude materials such as barite and bentonite from mines.
Operates heavy and mobile equipment used in mining operations, monitors performance and performs maintenance and troubleshooting in the mine environment, as required.
Operate mining production equipment in a safe, efficient and compliant manner. Report deviations to mine management.
Maintain a safe, clean, environmentally sound work area.
Communicate with coworkers and management.
Ensure equipment is maintained in optimal condition using preventative maintenance systems.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:
At least two years of crusher operating experience required
Available by March 1, 2022
Must live in or around Battle Mountain or are willing to move to or around Battle Mountain at their own expense
Must fluently read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
