Entry-Level Manufacturing AssociatePaterson Paper, a leading manufacturer of quality restaurant paper products, is looking to add to our Manufacturing Team! Our Manufacturing Team is the heart of our operations and you'll make a major contribution by making and packaging products shipped to our growing list of customers. Your dependability, consistency, and great work ethic will make you a great fit in this role.
How you'll fit in:Meeting our production metrics is vital to our business! While on the job, you'll l be asked to:

• Accurately and efficiently gauge products (baking sheets, cups, and napkins) for packaging
• Package products and neatly tape and label all boxes
• Palatize boxes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work and communicate well as part of a team
  What we're looking for:To do this job effectively, you'll need to:
  • Work safely - previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Be punctual - Attendance is paramount to meeting our output goals
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Have strong English or Spanish communication skills; Bilingual is a plus!
