ENTRY LEVEL OPERATOR

*IMMEDIATE OPENINGS ON BOTH DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT *

$3.00 shift differential on Night Shift

PAY: Starting at $18.00

With a 6 month pay progression as follows:

Start at $18.00

6 months $1.00 increase $19.00

1 year .50 cent increase $ 19.50

18 months .50 cent increase $20.00

2 year $1.00 increase $21.00

Sign on Bonus

$300 after 30 days

$ 500 after 60 days

$ 700 after 90 days

TOTALING $ 1,500 After 90 Days !!!!

Job Duties:TheDownstreamOperatorisan entry level position in our Extrusion department. As aDownstreamOperator,you willutilize standard tools and measuring devices toensure that thefinal productmeets customer specificationsand to catch any basic abnormalities.Mainly responsible for making sure the final product is being wrapped around the reel in a even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.

  • Days: 7:00am 7:30pm
  • Nights:7:00pm-7:30am
  • $ 3.00 Shift Differential for Night ShiftSchedule:
    • One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
    • Total of 84 hours for a pay period
    • Every Other Weekend Off
