Under general direction of the Area Practice Manager, this position
is responsible to assist the Area Practice Manager on assigned
projects, facilitate process, coordinate projects, and bring
projects to successful completion on time, on budget, and with
completion of goals.
The incumbent is responsible to assist in new project development,
design, and implementation to ensure timely delivery of projects.

The incumbent must be able to function independently as well as be
able to assist and/ or lead a team of people in planning,
organizing and completing a number of tasks that must be
accomplished by a specific date. This includes a certain amount of
physical labor provided by the incumbent on a case-by-case

federal regulations, and working cooperatively with other
departments to achieve project goals. High standards of

The incumbent must be able to multi-task and take general
directions from members of the Leadership Project Team, ACO
members, and other Renown Staff as required.

managers, supervisors and staff to discuss projects, which impact

Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language,
including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelors degree
in Healthcare, Business or related field is required or a minimum
of three years experiences as a project manager may be substituted
for the degree requirement.
Administrative/project management experience required.
Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook,
PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer
to complete online learning requirements for job-specific
competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online
benefits enrollment, etc.
