Description Position at Panasonic Energy of North America Essential Duties:Must be organized and practice time management to stay on top of production schedulesCoordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all material and evaluate material sent to productionCoordinator will all department leaders to ensure materials are accounted forManage the flow of materials between departments and arrange for the transfer of materials between departments to meet production schedulesManage inventory for accuracy and generate inventory trend analysisDevelops reports on material usage and forecast and report any potential production lossesComputes amount of material required to complete job orders, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processUse spreadsheets daily to track and manage inventory for all materials, production reports, and the status and location of materialsGenerates reports, graphs, and presentations for leadershipPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a possibility and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.The foregoing description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job.
