Job Description & Requirements
Medical Laboratory Technician - (Med Lab Tech - MLT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 1700.00

The Medical Technologist is accountable for ensuring that appropriate and timely specimen handling, delivery, specimen testing, results reporting, and customer service are provided in an efficient and cost-effective manner in accordance with laboratory and hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
A current State of Nevada Clinical Laboratory Technologist license as a General Supervisor is required.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, or a closely related field according to current applicable state and federal regulations.
LIS: Experience with CERNER Laboratory Information System is favorable
Preferred, 5 years of experiencing working as a Laboratory Technologist at a Critical Access Hospital
