NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR DATA FACILITY TECHNICIANS IN SPARKS, NEVADA!

FULL-TIME HOURS / MONDAY-FRIDAY / PAY RATE $28

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking for a facility technician at a Data Center in Sparks, NV (Towards USA Parkway). Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of commercial maintenance experience (data center preferred) , and knowledge of the electrical systems used in a data center environment. Skills in plumbing, general repairs and HVAC units are a plus.

Data Facility Technician Summary: BASIC FUNCTION

Data Facility Technicians oversee the general upkeep of the buildings, andits infrastructure, inspect wiring, monitor electrical panels, repair pipes, troubleshoots equipment, replace light bulbs and monitor temperature control systems.

Responsibilities as a Facility Technicians:
- Inspect and supervise critical equipment and respond to irregular or malfunctioning conditions
- Maintain and repair various data center systems such non-critical and critical electrical system components
- Manage technical repairs like inspecting and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Oversee the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
  - Requirement for a Building Maintenance Technician:
    - Able to work in a fast paced environment
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
    - Ability to read and interpret electrical system, panels, wiring and blue prints
    - Solid knowledge for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
    - Able to stand, stoop, bent, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
      - Monday Thru Friday Schedule
      - 7 AM to 3:30 PM
