Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor (night
shift) for their manufacturing facility in the Reno, NV
area.Responsibilities:*Will supervise the production floor to
ensure on-time production and/or delivery.*Will Train employees to
produce above efficiency.*Responsible for evaluating and
maintaining quality standards.*Responsible for enforcing safe work
practices and good sanitation/housekeeping procedures*Responsible
for keeping machines running and working efficiently while
reporting and repairs that need to be completed.*Responsible for
recommending any improvement in methods and
equipment.Qualifications & Requirements:*B.S. or B.A. degree
preferred, but not required*Must be open to night shifts
(6pm-6am)*Must have 3+ years of experience supervising others in a
manufacturing facility*Formal continuous improvement experience is
highly desired*Experience with KPIs and production
metrics*Understanding of SQF, HACCP, OSHA, and other similar food
quality/safety systems**Our client is offering a fantastic
