Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for
their manufacturing facility in the Salt Lake City, UT
area.Responsibilities:*Will supervise the production floor to
ensure on-time production and/or delivery.*Will Train employees to
produce above efficiency.*Responsible for evaluating and
maintaining quality standards.*Responsible for enforcing safe work
practices and good sanitation/housekeeping procedures*Responsible
for keeping machines running and working efficiently while
reporting and repairs that need to be completed.*Responsible for
recommending any improvement in methods and equipmentQualifications
& Requirements:*Open to 12 hour shifts (3 on-2 off -2 on-3
off)*Must have 3+ years of experience supervising others in a food
or beverage manufacturing facility*Continuous improvement
experience is highly desired*Experience with KPIs and production
