This class will be based out of Best Buy Health's Reno Nevada location. The person who fills this role will must be within a commutable distance to the Reno NV office. CLASS START DATE: 7/11/22 PAY: Base pay, plus uncapped commission. Sales agents make 50k-90k a year. HOURS OF OPERATION: 8am-6pm(cst), Monday-Sunday. Various shifts available after first 90 days. ABOUT THE JOB The Direct Sales Representative receives inbound sales calls, fields customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience. We use a consultative sales approach, ensuring that our team listens closely to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer s life. A successful team member will listen intently, understand customer needs, and be able to fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. We re looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, communicate directly and with kindness, and are performance driven. RESPONSIBILITES Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from existing and/or new customers, providing them with relevant, accurate information on products and services Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions Maintain customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure Present and sell new products and additional value- added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders Activate new lines of service for devices purchased through retail partners Maintain performance based on goals and objectives QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED required Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer skills including typing, ability to navigate multiple apps/systems, and prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas Offer of employment is conditioned upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check
